Responsibilities

Check manifests for documents received from Institutional customers to the actual documents; determine if the document is a copy or original. Update tracking system with documents received either manually or by an import

Pull files/documents requested by other team members and sign them out to each individual for tracking of files; update tracking system with release information on files that have been requested by customers. Send files/documents to the correct customer

Re-file files and/or documents returned to the vault; update tracking system with return information for re-instatements of any returned files from customers to support system accuracy

Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management

Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand

Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable

Complete other related duties as assigned

Required

High School or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year work experience

Proficiency with personal computers

Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills

Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite

Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management

Able to lift 30 - 50 pounds

Able to climb on a ladder and/or stool and bend for filing
