Responsibilities

Contribute to the overall success of the KEITH Team by following the firm’s standards of excellence in design, quality and project execution

Participate in design reviews, project meetings, design charettes and brainstorming sessions with the team

Development of design sketches, sections, illustrative plans, renderings, and other graphic presentation materials

Research, analyze and interpret land development regulations as they apply to project requirements

Preparation of technical drawing submittals for all phases of the design process including entitlements, site plan, permitting, and construction documents

Assist with tree inventory and analysis both in the field as well as preparation of tree disposition plans and arborist reports

Participate in construction observation including on-site landscape inspections, reviewing and processing of RFIs and submittals, and coordination with contractors and equipment suppliers

Work collaboratively within KEITH’s multidisciplinary team setting to ensure well-coordinated design solutions

Represent the firm at meetings, presentations, organizations, and other activities to help advance the KEITH team’s presence in the community
