Designing and building low-latency trading execution services in Golang
Developing high-throughput connectivity to exchanges and liquidity providers
Working with REST, WebSockets (FIX experience a strong plus)
Optimizing concurrency, performance, and system reliability
Improving monitoring, alerting, and observability for critical services
Collaborating with senior engineers on distributed system architecture
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of backend or systems engineering experience
Strong experience in Golang and/or C++ on Linux
Proven exposure to performance-critical or low-latency systems
Solid understanding of concurrent programming
Experience working with real-time APIs
Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication
Preferred
FIX protocol experience
Trading, exchange connectivity, or financial infrastructure exposure
Crypto or DeFi experience (interest matters more than background)
Kafka, NATS, gRPC
Docker, Kubernetes, or similar orchestration tools
