Responsibilities
Present actionable consumer insights to senior leadership, including executives, to shape marketing and product strategies
Identify unmet consumer needs and emerging trends that spark new product ideas and improvements
Translate qualitative and quantitative feedback into recommendations for product design, positioning, and innovation
Build research programs that connect consumer behavior, emotional drivers, and market dynamics
Lead the end-to-end execution of research projects—from design to analysis—within approved budgets and timelines
Synthesize data from multiple sources to tell compelling stories that influence strategic decisions
Act as an internal thought leader, guiding best practices in consumer understanding and insight methodology
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Psychology, Business, Statistics, or related discipline required)
5+ years of experience in consumer research —with both qualitative and quantitative expertise
Proven experience conducting and moderating focus groups, interviews, and consumer testing
Skilled in methodologies such as concept testing, pricing sensitivity, TURF analysis, and packaging evaluation
Ability to distill complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels
Strong storytelling, presentation, and influencing skills—comfortable working directly with executives
Organized, adaptable, and able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
Preferred
Experience supporting early-stage product innovation within CPG or consumer technology industries
