Responsibilities
Installation of new equipment
Service/ maintenance of customer equipment on site
Repair equipment in our workshop
Serve as an onsite manager representing the company during the installation
Supervise and advise skilled tradesmen to construct and install all company supplied equipment
Communicate and resolve issues to ensure successful sign off with customer is reached
Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers
Position requires mechanical, electrical and electronic knowledge and engineering skills to perform necessary service and instruct others on maintaining equipment
Perform system audits of company and equipment
Maintain detailed knowledge of company products and policies and follows procedures
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification
Required
US Citizen and GC Holder only
Must have Associate degree or two-year technical certificate, or 3-5 years' experience in lieu of degree/certificate
5+ years successful experience in industrial service or equipment installation is required
3+ years Field engineering experience
Very good Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills required
Ability to read electrical schematics
Ability to travel, including overnight stays and weekend working as required
Demonstrated ability to learn
Must be flexible
Organizational skills
Able to work well in a team or solo
Detail-oriented, self-motivated with strong communication skills
Proven ability to multi-task and work collaboratively as well as independently in a dynamic environment
Experience with pneumatics is also an advantage
Management/ supervisor experience would also be an advantage
This is an outside field environment
Travel Required - Estimated 75-85%
Preferred
Bilingual skills strongly preferred
Experience with hot melt adhesives is preferred
Bilingual skills highly preferred
