The Commercial Banking Client Representative (CBCR) manages collateral processes and provides exceptional customer service for Mortgage Warehouse customers, ensuring smooth financial transactions and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service for day-to-day processes
Accept, review, verify, and process collateral packages to secure warehouse lines of credit
Accurately enter collateral data into the tracking system, file new collateral, retrieve and ship collateral to investors, and maintain organized records
Process advance and paydown requests on warehouse lines of credit, review and release wires for loan closings, and handle incoming wires from investors
Balance all activity, review and research discrepancies, and clear exceptions to ensure smooth operations and compliance
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Two to four years of experience in financial services industry
Preferred
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent customer service and problem resolution skills
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
Experience with department-specific systems
Thorough knowledge of departmental and bank products and services
Basic accounting knowledge
Previous experience with warehouse lending
