Responsibilities
Lead the configuration and customization of Stibo STEP modules, data models, workflows, and business rules
Architect and implement integrations between Stibo STEP and other business systems such as ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms
Define and implement processes for data stewardship, quality, and governance
Perform data cleansing, enrichment, and complex data transformations
Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to solution design and architectural decisions
Troubleshoot and optimize the performance of the Stibo STEP platform
Qualification
Required
Overall 10+yrs needed
Strong, hands-on experience with the Stibo STEP MDM/PIM platform is essential
A solid understanding of MDM/PIM best practices, data modeling, and entity-relationship diagrams
Experience with data integration techniques, including ETL, REST APIs, and web services
Familiarity with various data formats like XML, XSD, JSON, and CSV
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for root cause analysis and issue resolution
Preferred
A Stibo certification is often considered an advantage
Experience in guiding clients on Stibo architecture and interacting with them to define requirements
