New Grad, Entry LevelIFB Solutions is seeking a Shipping Packer for their Military Markets division. The role involves pulling and stacking boxes of products for shipment while adhering to established work and safety procedures.

Responsibilities
Using provided tickets, pull boxes of products needed to ship, scanning each pulled box
Stack scanned boxes on pallet
Review order in computer, correcting any discrepancies
Notify warehouse personnel when ready for shipping
Stack boxes of products not yet ready to be shipped in appropriate locations
Assist other personnel as time and knowledge permit
Participate in training and meetings as requested
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be able to walk, stand, stoop, and bend over a 10-hour period
Must be able to work both planned and unplanned overtime
Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds on a regular basis
Must wear steel toed shoes
Must be able to work professionally as part of a team with other department employees
Must be able to comprehend and perform duties using established work and safety procedures
Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated
Must have working knowledge of computers
Must perform effectively under conditions of fluctuating workloads
Must be detail oriented
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
