Senior Analyst
GS&F is an award-winning, fully integrated marketing and communications agency seeking a Senior Analyst to transform media and site performance data into compelling stories that influence strategy and creative. The role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance analytics infrastructure and support client outcomes through measurement frameworks and thoughtful reporting.
Responsibilities
Analyze cross-channel performance (Web, Mobile, Search, Paid Social, Display, Email, Streaming) to identify trends and opportunities
Translate complex findings into clear insights and recommendations for internal teams and clients
Support measurement planning, KPI development, testing frameworks, forecasting, and benchmarking
Incorporate first-party sales data into marketing dashboards
Building a 360 data ecosystem from multiple sources
Partner with account, media, strategy, and creative teams during campaign planning and ideation
Contribute analytics support for new business, including insights and data visualizations
Help elevate internal analytics knowledge and processes
Lead or support tracking setup, QA, and tag management, including Google Tag Manager
Work within ETL environments to harmonize and clean multi-channel data; identify workflow automation opportunities
Build dashboards and reporting templates using platforms like Adverity, Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI
Conduct regular reporting, deep-dive analyses, and ad hoc optimizations to guide budget and performance decisions
Provide thought leadership that advances our analytics capabilities and methodologies
Model strong communication, ethical data practices, and collaborative problem-solving
Qualification
Required
5–7+ years in marketing analytics, media analytics, or digital strategy
Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree a plus
Expertise analyzing multi-channel media and site performance data
Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, self-serve media platforms, and visualization tools like Adverity or Tableau
Hands-on experience with ETL tools, API-driven data environments, and data schema design
Advanced Excel/Sheets skills and strong data QA capabilities
Knowledge of A/B testing, statistical methods, segmentation, and forecasting
Preferred
Familiarity with syndicated research and audience insight tools
Experience with SQL, R, Python, or similar
Agency experience and direct client collaboration
