Responsibilities
Lead daily accounting and operations, including month-end close
Oversee fund revenue activity and ensure accurate fee and expense allocations across funds and the management company
Support the preparation and analysis of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
Work closely with the Fund Controller to deliver timely, accurate financial reporting
Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures
Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cross-department collaboration to maintain high-quality financial data
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and audit processes
Qualification
Required
7+ years of management company accounting at an investment management firm
Public accounting experience is desirable
CPA Licensed or parts passed
