Responsibilities
Partner with investment, finance, and risk teams to deliver insights that guide capital allocation, portfolio construction, and strategic planning
Design and maintain dashboards, models, and reporting tools to support senior management decision-making for existing and prospective products
Drive automation and scalability of analytics processes using advanced tools and technologies
Monitor market trends and benchmarks to contextualize portfolio performance and identify opportunities or risks
Support quarterly and annual reporting cycles, including board and investor presentations
Collaborate with data engineering and technology teams to ensure data integrity and infrastructure alignment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
6-8 years of experience in asset management, investment analytics, or financial strategy, with emphasis on private markets
Deep knowledge of private assets, fund structures, operational processes, and performance measurement
Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and financial modeling; familiarity with Python or SQL is a plus
Preferred
MBA or CFA is preferred
