Qualification
Required
License to sell life and health insurance in Arkansas or the ability to obtain licensure prior to employment
Preferred
Knowledge and experience in Insurance Brokerage and Life and Health Insurance products
Proficiency in Health Insurance offerings, including policy options and regulations
Strong Communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and build customer trust
Proven sales experience and customer-focused approach in the insurance industry is a plus
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using basic office software and insurance management tools
