They are seeking a Post-Doc Research Associate to develop and optimize advanced magnetic resonance imaging techniques for studying the visual system, while also contributing to software development for data analysis.

Responsibilities
Develop and optimize advanced magnetic resonance imaging techniques at 3T and 7T for imaging the visual system, including the retina, optic nerve, or brain
Develop or improve software for the analysis of unique MRI data, such as object detection, motion correction, and denoising
Apply novel MRI tools to patients with various eye and vision disorders to better understand pathophysiology across the visual system
Qualification
Required
PhD degree in Biomedical/Electrical or related Engineering or Physics
Experience with MRI acquisition and data analysis, preferably with familiarity with MRI sequence programming and/or coil design, particularly with Siemens scanners
Experience with programming languages such as Matlab or Python for image and data analysis
Preferred
Strong organizational skills
