Responsibilities
Deter criminal activity, protect property and enforce rules on a property
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms from a stationary position
Patrol areas and do security checks
Provide protection for equipment and workers
Check the credentials of vehicles and individuals coming and going from the premises
Detect any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior as a Rover
Greet residents and guests with a friendly demeanor and control access as a Gatehouse
Acknowledge and greet all guests with utmost courtesy and urgency as a Front Desk
Qualification
Required
At least 21 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid state licensing, if applicable
Valid Drivers License
Strong customer service skills
Familiarity with report writing
Monitoring and surveillance experience
Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
Preferred
Valid CPR is preferred
Computer skills a plus
Previous security experience is not required however is a PLUS!
