Marketing Assistant

As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for executing essential marketing activities, including content creation, social media management, and email marketing support while maintaining brand consistency for clients.

Responsibilities
Draft and edit blog posts, emails, captions, and promotional copy
Develop content calendars and assist in planning
Create lead magnets and simple marketing collateral
Schedule content and monitor engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
Respond to comments and messages in the brand voice
Track performance indicators and maintain platform organization
Build email templates and workflows in tools like Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or similar platforms
Manage segmented lists for targeted outreach
Coordinate email campaigns and track basic metrics
Create simple graphics using Canva or similar tools
Support brand consistency through templated visual assets
Perform light editing of short-form audio or video files for social media or online courses
Coordinate production files and uploads
Update CRM records and assist with basic marketing automation tasks
Maintain organization across marketing tools
Support webinar setup, digital course coordination, and online community Management
Conduct vendor or platform research
Coordinate tasks within project management tools
Provide basic SEO & keyword research for content optimization
Support podcast guest coordination and content scheduling
Qualification
Required
Must have 2–3 years of professional marketing experience
Experience creating content across social, email, and digital platforms
Proficiency with marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, or similar
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing workflows
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working remotely and managing multiple projects
Ability to work during standard business hours, Monday–Friday
Equipped with a reliable computer, webcam, smartphone, and high-speed internet
