Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Design, configure, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Health Cloud or Veeva CRM
Develop and maintain Salesforce Flows to automate business processes
Collaborate with developers to guide the development of custom Apex scripting and Lightning components
Create and maintain system documentation, including process flows, data models, and technical designs
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new features and processes
Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Health Cloud or Veeva CRM

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within the Salesforce ecosystem
Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Veeva CRM
Proficiency in building and maintaining complex Salesforce Flows
Ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot Apex code. Basic scripting ability is a strong plus
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and best practices
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
Familiar with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc

Preferred

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, MHRA) and industry standards (ISO, IMDRF, PIC/s) in life sciences
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Health Cloud Accredited Professional)
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Familiarity with integration tools and APIs
Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry
