Procurement Administrator
United Integrated Services (USA) is a multidisciplinary engineering and construction company based in Phoenix, Arizona. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to join their Procurement team, responsible for tracking shipments, maintaining procurement records, and providing administrative support.
Construction
Responsibilities
Track and record all inbound containers and air freight
Review import documents and upload them into client’s system
Engage in daily interactions with freight forwarders and internal stakeholders
Review and process shipment-related payment request
Analyze data to optimize current and future supply chain components
Assist in the upkeep and maintenance of import shipping cost databases
Participate in sourcing initiatives
Prepare Procurement Purchase Orders and ensure timely and accurate processing
Maintain procurement files and records, including POs, invoices, contracts, etc. Ensure all procurement activities are documented
Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence
Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED or above
Basic understanding of Supply Chain procedures
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High level of attention to detail, and highly organized
Analytical mindset with a focus on cost-efficiency
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Ability to use procurement software or an Enterprise Resource Planning system
Ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities depending on project needs
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, and employees
Ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with all levels of employees, clients, and subcontractors
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude
Ability to work in a construction site environment (trailer office)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Must have and maintain a valid Arizona driver's license
May be required to travel to other sites within Arizona to perform certain work functions
This position requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs for transporting documents, equipment, and other materials as needed
The role involves extended periods standing, walking and/or of sitting while working at a computer
Frequent movement between the construction trailer and various areas of the construction site is necessary
Preferred
1+ years of experience in an administrative role, supply chain management, procurement, logistic or related preferred
Start-up experience
Verbal communication skills in Mandarin
