InternAnne Arundel County Office of Personnel is seeking temporary unpaid interns for their Department of Public Works - Recycling program. The internship offers a practical application of academic instruction, allowing interns to gain experience in administering a recycling program and developing outreach materials.

Responsibilities
Assist with the development of outreach pieces for print, mail or web publication
Assist with preparing an outreach presentation and delivering to public audience
Learn about the recycling industry and the recycling programs offered by Anne Arundel County
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 8 hours/week and a maximum of 12 hours/week availability
All work hours must be done Monday - Friday during standard business hours (8 am - 4:30pm)
Cumulative GPA of a 3.0+
Students are required to upload an official or unofficial transcript to their application to demonstrate their enrollment status and GPA
Preferred
Ideal for students studying Marketing, Business Administration, Environmental Studies, Public Administration, Communications, Graphic Design, or related fields
