Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage security solutions aligned with industry best practices
Champion security awareness and influence compliance across the organization
Provide solutions for business-specific security issues
Oversee identity access management and conduct quarterly audits
Own and manage disaster recovery plans; coordinate business continuity planning with compliance and risk teams
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for federal and state information security regulations and standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
One or more of the following certifications: CISSP, CASP+, CRISC, CISA
5+ years of progressive experience in cyber security and risk management
Strong understanding of federal/state regulations and compliance mandates (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC)
Hands-on experience with MITRE ATT&CK for threat detection, threat hunting, and/or incident response
Familiarity with enterprise logging technologies such as Splunk
Proven experience in Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery planning and testing
Minimum 5 years working with Network Security: IDS/IPS, NGFW, NGAV
Minimum 5 years working with Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, macOS
Minimum 5 years working with Security Tools: EDR/XDR, SIEMs, DLP, Vulnerability Scanning and Assessment tools
