As a BI Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing dashboards while collaborating with business stakeholders to transform complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders and business partners to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable Tableau solutions
Develop, maintain, and optimize Tableau dashboards that consolidate data from multiple sources into one unified view
Partner with Data Engineers to leverage data housed in Snowflake and other cloud-based warehouse environments
Write and maintain SQL queries to support dashboard datasets and validate data accuracy
Present insights to business leaders with clarity and executive-level communication
Contribute to ongoing efforts to establish a semantic layer supporting modernization and AI-readiness initiatives
Qualification
Required
Strong experience developing interactive dashboards in Tableau (preferably enterprise-scale)
Proven ability to gather requirements from non-technical business partners and communicate findings effectively
Exposure to Snowflake or other cloud-based data warehouse infrastructures
Intermediate SQL proficiency (comfortable explaining CTEs, window functions, joins)
Excellent communication skills and professional presence — must be confident working with leadership-level stakeholders
Familiarity with ETL tools or data integration processes
Experience with semantic layer modeling or dashboard enablement frameworks
