Engagement Manager
Next Level Broadband is seeking a dynamic Engagement Manager to drive sales efforts for broadband and affiliated services within multi-dwelling units in the Los Angeles area. This role involves cultivating relationships with property managers, coordinating events, and providing a customer-centric approach to support sales efforts.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers and key stakeholders in MDUs
Schedule and attend events, presentations, and meetings to promote broadband services. Scheduling may vary, including weekends
Execute door-to-door flyering campaigns to effectively promote products and services, engaging directly with residents to drive interest and generate leads
Travel extensively (75%+ of the time) throughout the Los Angeles area to achieve sales goals and build client relationships
Actively pursue new business opportunities through networking, events, and direct outreach
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the broadband or MDU sector
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to travel frequently and work independently
