Responsibilities

Responsible for client interaction, as needed by brokers
Help provide administrative and graphics support in producing client prospect pitches and presentations
Create and produce surveys
Coordinate on/offsite meetings including scheduling appointments, keeping calendars, and arranging travel itineraries and meeting room reservations
Perform accounting functions which may include preparation of expense reports, invoices, and billings
Knowledge and understanding of the commercial real estate business and terminology; including basic knowledge of leases, commission agreement, Request for Proposals (RFP’s)/Request for Information (RFI’s) and Letters of Intent (LOI’s)
Maintain Savills brand, product, office and client messaging and consistency by applying templates to produce marketing materials including flyers, proposals, tour books, maps, floor plans and qualification packages
Utilize LinkedIn, and other sales management and/or marketing tools to assist brokers in tracking information
Update and maintain various information databases
Manage marketing email communications to clients and prospects. Management of e-blasts
Work in cooperation with other Associates/Coordinators on large projects, during downtime, or as assigned by the Office Administrator or Branch Manager
Enter, manage and track real estate listings in systems

Required

Utilize administrative, communication and technical skills to provide support for the Brokerage Team, assisting the team in achieving team/individual business goals and objectives
Assist with required client communication, including occasionally contacting clients through electronic means, written correspondence or on the telephone
Responsible for client interaction, as needed by brokers
Help provide administrative and graphics support in producing client prospect pitches and presentations

Preferred

At least 4 years of work experience in a real estate position
Any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
