Responsibilities

Provide expert-level support for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, covering break-fix incidents, service requests, and platform enhancements
Troubleshoot user-reported issues across D365 modules, managing L2, L3, and L4 support needs
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure continuous service delivery and platform reliability
Assist with role-based access control , form behaviors , and record visibility configurations
Monitor and maintain platform health, supporting system updates and integrations in line with operational standards
Design and implement CRM integrations and data migration strategies for optimized system performance
Develop custom workflows , scripts, and perform advanced system troubleshooting
Manage and maintain databases using SQL Server
Build interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
Customize Dynamics 365 using JavaScript for tailored solutions

Required

8–12 years' hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Proven expertise supporting multiple Dynamics modules across L2–L4 support tiers
Strong background in CRM integration and data migration strategies
Ability to design and deploy custom workflows and address complex technical issues
Experience with SQL Server for database reporting and maintenance
Skilled in Power BI dashboard creation and reporting
Proficiency in JavaScript for developing custom scripts and enhancements
Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams

Preferred

Experience supporting complex D365 environments and performing incident management across L2–L4 tiers
Strong background in CRM architecture, system troubleshooting, and minor enhancements
Experienced in integrations, data migration, and workflow customization
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to operate with minimal direction
Experience coordinating with product vendors and managed service teams
