Mid LevelHireHuddle is launching a new interview-first hiring platform and is seeking a Founding Engineer to help build its core. The role involves owning and shipping product features, building authentication flows, and collaborating closely with the founder on product direction and technical decisions.

Responsibilities
Own and ship core product features end-to-end along side the founder
Build and maintain authentication flows (MFA, access control, security best practices)
Work closely with the founder on product direction, technical decisions, and roadmap
Ship meaningful, tested improvements regularly
Leverage AI thoughtfully to improve developer velocity and product experience
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with security fundamentals (MFA, auth, permissions, secure APIs)
Comfortable working autonomously in a small, early-stage team
Low ego, high ownership — you care more about outcomes than titles
A true builder who loves shipping features, not just planning them
Able to make pragmatic technical decisions in an early-stage environment and willing to take direction
Preferred
SaaS HR/Talent software experience
Full-stack experience (or strong backend with frontend comfort)
Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure and CI/CD
Interest in marketplaces, hiring tech, or creator-style platforms
