Responsibilities
Assist the Director of Engineering and Project Manager with leading a team
Provide service and repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration
Respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum guest satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
Licensing in the following; Mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration CFC License
First Class Engineers License-D.C
Skilled in proper and safe use of all Engineering equipment, tools, products, & materials
Strong guest service skills and an effective problem solver
Computer skills e.g. word processing, PM programs
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wire and schematic diagrams
Working knowledge of all Federal, State, and Local codes and regulations along with all OSHA standards
Preferred
