Responsibilities
Conduct monthly P&L reviews and market analysis to identify performance opportunities and risks
Build and maintain portfolio reporting tools, dashboards, benchmarking, and ROI models for executive presentations
Develop and execute 5-year capital improvement plans in partnership with property teams and project managers
Support strategic business plans for each asset and assist with asset dispositions, including due diligence coordination
Collaborate with Choice Investments, brokers, and third-party managers to ensure alignment with revenue objectives
Qualification
Required
1–3 years in hotel asset management, feasibility, or on-property hotel operations preferred
Strong understanding of hotel Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to explain complex information clearly
Resourceful and detail-oriented; able to prioritize multiple projects independently
Self-starter with ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Ability to travel approximately 10%
