Support the end-to-end trade lifecycle, from execution through settlement
Communicate daily with traders, brokers, and internal teams to resolve trade-related issues
Identify and resolve trade breaks, discrepancies, and settlement issues
Assist with operational risk mitigation and control processes
Analyze workflows and data to help improve processes and scalability
Prepare operational reports and support business analysis for management
Contribute to projects focused on improving trade capture and operational efficiency
Build strong working relationships across teams in a collaborative environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field)
Open to recent graduates and entry-level candidates
