Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across assigned roles: sourcing, screening, assessing, and managing candidates through to offer
Build and maintain strong, high-quality talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools
Partner with Account Managers to deeply understand client needs, role requirements, and delivery expectations
Provide regular updates on pipeline activity, search progress, and candidate insights
Advise clients and internal stakeholders on market trends, candidate availability, and competitive intelligence
Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process
Collaborate with fellow SoCode recruiters to share knowledge, tools, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter with strong delivery across Engineering, Data, Cloud, Cyber, Product, or similar markets
Expertise in direct sourcing and engaging passive talent in competitive markets
A data-driven mindset with confidence reporting on pipeline health and candidate activity
Excellent organization and multitasking ability to manage multiple roles at once
Strong communication skills with a consultative, solutions-focused approach
Proactive, driven, and comfortable operating autonomously within a high-performance environment
Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new sectors and technologies
