Responsibilities
Lead the design and architecture of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Proserv with billing
Architect process flows that leverage SAP Best Practices for various project structure, WBS and various Billing
Drive and facilitate design workshops across Sell & Plan through Bill & manage value stream
Validate scope and storyboard-based load point estimations with the business and ensure traceability of requirements
Execute Fit to standard(F2S) workshops and find out SAP best practices with fair idea of Signavio
Identify deltas between standard SAP and business needs, recommending suitable process adaptations or extensibility options
Cross-Functional Integration & Governance
Ensure cross-stream solution consistency, particularly between project systems, finance and intercompany related scenarios
Proficient in CBC and setting up Starter System for executing F2S workshops
Support decision-making for configuration vs. extensibility, always aiming for minimal deviation from standard
Customer Confidence & Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships with business process owners and IT leadership by clearly articulating how the SAP Public Cloud solution will support their goals
Collaboration with Global Delivery & Partner Teams
Align closely with offshore functional consultants and technical teams to ensure continuity in solution delivery
Review and validate functional designs and user stories to ensure completeness and accuracy
Experience in supporting test cycles, data migration, and cutover planning by aligning key milestones
Valid SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Certification is mandatory
Coach and mentor junior team members to strengthen internal SAP Public Cloud capability
Qualification
Required
10 - 12 years of experience
