They are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical services, facilitate treatment team meetings, and support counselors in developing treatment plans.

Responsibilities

Assess potential clients for the appropriate level of care requirements and diagnose as appropriate

Assists the counselors in the development of the treatment plans

Facilitates treatment team meetings and participates in case consults

Provides individual and group supervision to the counselors and other staff as assigned

Maintains caseload as needed

Assists the facility leadership in developing new programs for the facility

Clerical duties as required for maintenance of client files

Listens to clients concerning all areas of treatment

Maintains safe, orderly and therapeutic environment for clients including crisis intervention

Ensures clinical program occurs daily as scheduled

Completion of all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities

Other duties as assigned

Day-to-Day supervision and training of clinical department staff

Required

NC Masters Level Counseling Licensure (LCMHC, LCSW, LCAS)

Master's Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling

Master's level licensure: Marriage and family therapy, social work, professional counseling within the mental health/ trauma, eating disorder, and substance use domains

Previous supervisory experience
