Communicate clearly with teammates and customers
Show up on time, prepared, and ready to work
Follow all safety procedures
Qualification
Required
Strong mechanical aptitude (required)
Dependable, responsible, and punctual
High motivation — this role transitions to performance pay
Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work on ladders
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Willingness to work Saturdays after training
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred
Experience in construction, automotive, HVAC, electrical, or general labor is helpful—but not required
