The role involves collaborating with mortgage and real estate companies to complete housing transactions, ensuring all loan packages are executed properly, and managing data entry using real estate software.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with mortgage and real estate companies to complete housing purchases, refinances, and transactions within VA
Ensure all loan packages are executed and finalized properly within the mortgage companies’ standards
Follow up with applicable parties to ensure all expectations are met and all final documents are settled
Perform data entry and management using real estate software program Qualia
Prepare deposits and follow up with clients in order to generate refund checks
Receipt and deposit checks
Check all closing packages to make sure they are properly executed (signed, notarized, completed, etc.)
Scan all executed documents and send them back to the lender
Qualification
Required

Previous experience in a closing/Post-closing role with a title company
Ideal candidate has traditional title processing / writing experience or has been real estate paralegal

High stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environment
