The Vice President Clinical Research will lead the build of this division, overseeing the design of the research operating model, managing budgets, and scaling trials across multiple states.

Design the multi-site research operating model
Build the infrastructure, SOPs, QA, and compliance framework
Hire and lead the initial research operations team
Own sponsor and CRO relationships
Partner with physician leaders serving as Principal Investigators
Manage budgets and carry full P&L accountability
Scale trials across multiple states as the platform grows
