Foundation Risk Partners is one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, seeking a High-Net-Worth Personal Lines Account Manager for their Gaspar Insurance Services team. The role involves managing daily service responsibilities, client renewals, and re-marketing for high net worth personal lines property and casualty insurance.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding premiums, policy changes and policy details to ensure clarity and satisfaction

Guide clients through application processes, risk profile evaluations, and renewal questionnaires to maintain accurate and complete information

Analyze policy coverage terms and limits to confirm adequacy in relation to client needs and risk exposure

Re-market policy renewals strategically, based on client requirements and prevailing market conditions, to secure optimal solutions

Negotiate renewal terms with incumbent carriers and alternative markets to deliver the broadest coverage at the most competitive pricing

Prepare and present detailed renewal analyses, including re-marketing results, to facilitate informed client decision-making

Identify opportunities for coverage enhancements, cross-selling, and presenting additional solutions aligned with client risk profiles

Required

3+ years personal lines experience with a background in HNW client/account management services

HNW experience with the following carriers: Chubb, AIG Private Client Group, PURE required, Cincinnati, Vault

HNW experience with the following required; Coastal homes, CA earthquake and brush fire, extensive fine arts and jewelry schedules, exotic/collector cars, yacht/watercraft, builder's risk, etc

California Property & Casualty license required

Experience with Applied Systems EPIC, Excel, Word and general computer skills

Strong communication skills, work well in a team orientated environment and under pressure

Good leadership, analytical and organizational skills
