Responsibilities

Accountable and responsible for the end-to-end delivery of application technology solutions in line with strategic business objectives
Documented goals, roadmaps, and success criteria for multiple projects
Gather requirements and develop detailed functional and non-functional specifications (including feature-level and system-level workflows) for the engineering teams
Ensure that the business needs are clearly understood and the technology implemented meets the needs and expectations of the business
Provide technical expertise and guidance in application development, as well as cloud technologies
Provide consultation directly to Client Application Studios leadership and customers around solution options and vendor product selection as needed
Work with channel leadership to budget and prioritize planned and unplanned development and maintenance project engagements
Work with Business System Analysts and Solution Architects to develop high level understanding of scope and feasibility of technical solutions
Oversee product planning, delivery, release management, and deployment to ensure technology standards and business needs are met

Required

Engineering/Technical Delivery Management or similar experience, with a strong background in managing Microsoft Application development projects
Extensive knowledge of Azure cloud technologies, and experience in managing projects utilizing these platforms
Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project objectives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
In-depth understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software engineering principles
Experience in managing budgets and resources for successful project delivery
Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities in complex technical environments

Preferred

Relevant certifications in project management and cloud technologies are desirable but not mandatory
Proficiency in Agile and SAFe Agile methodologies, tools, and best practices a plus
Experience working with onshore and offshore technical teams
Healthcare industry is a strong plus but not required
