Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure complete, timely recording of transactions
Prepare entity-level financial statements, including detailed P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements, complete with narrative explanations
Reconcile general ledger and subsidiary accounts with precision and accuracy
Lead variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Support budgeting and forecasting with a strong focus on multi-entity drivers
Analyze revenue, costs, and commitments to provide forward-looking financial insights
Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Strengthen internal controls and support external audits with required documentation
Identify and implement enhancements to accounting procedures—especially in entity reporting, financial statement production, and rebate processing
Apply best practices to increase efficiency, consistency, and accuracy in financial operations
Participate in system implementations, process redesigns, and other strategic initiatives
Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Accounting
4-7+ years of progressive accounting experience
Expertise preparing detailed financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
Experience with entity-level reporting and financial consolidation
Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
High-level Excel skills; proficiency with accounting/ERP systems
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to reconcile complex financial data
Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in drafting clear financial narratives
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality work
Preferred
Familiarity with data visualization tools for financial reporting
Strong project management skills and experience mentoring junior-level staff
