Responsibilities
Partner directly with the CFO to execute high-impact, cross-functional projects across finance, accounting, operations, and strategy
Drive finance transformation initiatives, including process redesign, workflow improvements, and organizational efficiency
Lead or support system evaluations and implementations across finance and operations platforms
Conduct research, analysis, and business case development to support strategic decision-making
Develop scalable processes, reporting frameworks, and controls to support a growing investment management platform
Participate in senior leadership meetings on behalf of the CFO; act as a strategic thought partner and trusted advisor
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication without reliance on direct reports
Serve as a bridge between Finance, Operations, Technology, and Investments to ensure alignment and execution

Required
7+ Years of Fund Accounting or Fund Finance Experience
Must have Asset/Investment Management Experience
