Oversee and manage credit risk's for their SBA portfolio
Act as a player coach, overseeing a small team of analysts in the identification, assessment, and monitoring of credit performance and risk at the portfolio level
Qualification
Required
In depth knowledge of SBA 7a
Hands on experience leading a team
Strong experience within portfolio management and credit risk
Ability to work closely with the front office to ensure correct underwriting processes
Proven abilities to review and manage credits at all stages of their lifecycle
Credit experience to range between $1-5m in SBA 7a
