Career Collective is seeking a Civil Engineer to perform full design of HVAC systems for commercial and municipal projects. The role includes responsibilities such as heating and cooling load calculations, system analysis, and providing bid and construction phase services.

Responsibilities

Perform full design of HVAC systems including full equipment selection for small to medium commercial projects and municipality projects

Perform heating cooling loads calculations

Experience in duct work layout is a plus but not necessary

Analyze system options and evaluate existing systems where appropriate

Hydronic System Design and Piping is a plus but not necessary

Complete full design in accordance with code. Production is performed using AutoCAD and Revit depending on preference of architect

Provide bid and construction phase services including reviewing bids, answering RFIs, reviewing shop drawings, participating in project walk throughs and providing field observation reports
