Responsibilities

Architects and optimizes the marketing technology ecosystem that drives revenue growth
Builds seamless integrations between Marketo, Salesforce, and the ABX platform (6sense)
Creates data architectures that enable sophisticated measurement and automation
Designs scalable data models, automated workflows, and ETL pipelines that support advanced lead lifecycle management and account-based strategies
Develops attribution models and measurement frameworks that connect marketing investments to pipeline and revenue outcomes
Enhances ABX strategies through improved data integration and account insights
Creates executive dashboards and conducts deep-dive analyses on funnel performance
Builds predictive models for lead scoring and account prioritization
Establishes data governance frameworks that ensure accuracy across all systems while maintaining GDPR and CCPA compliance
Partners with Strategic Finance on pipeline forecasting and marketing mix modeling
Leads technology evaluation and implementation, manages vendor relationships, and develops comprehensive documentation that enables self-service analytics
Trains and enables teams on marketing technology platforms and best practices

Required

7+ years of marketing operations experience within enterprise SaaS environments
5+ years developing and executing ABX strategies including account segmentation, personalized campaigns, and sales alignment
Proven track record of building and scaling marketing operations functions with demonstrated pipeline impact
Expert-level Marketo administration
Advanced Salesforce proficiency including API capabilities and complex integrations
Deep experience with 6sense or similar ABX platforms for intent data modeling and account orchestration
Strong SQL and Python/R programming skills for complex data analysis and automation
Knowledge of multi-touch attribution methodologies, ETL/ELT tools, and iPaaS platforms like Workato
Systems thinking to design complex architectures
Advanced analytical capabilities
Strategic mindset balancing vision with practical implementation
Excellence in translating business requirements into technical solutions
Ability to present complex insights to executives
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience
