Responsibilities
Review Customer Agreements, Contracts, Purchase Orders, and other legal documents to identify areas of legal and operational concern
Work with Maxim sales reps as well as client contacts to negotiate and modify problematic clauses in above documents
Manage all updates and modifications to Maxim Crane standard contract documents
Work within and update documents within Maxim Crane’s contract database
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Experience reviewing legal contracts, construction or related industry experience preferred
Honed analytical and organization skills
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
Keen attention to detail with an ability to spot errors
Versed in working with employees at all levels of the organization, customers, and outside counsel
Proven time-management skills
Adept at working both independently and in a team environment
