Client advisory: Act as a trusted partner delivering strategic staffing solutions
Talent delivery: Source, interview, and place top talent across Accounting, Finance, Legal, HR, Administrative, Operations, and related functions
Qualification
Required
2+ years of full-desk staffing experience with proven placements and revenue results
Strong hunter mentality with a track record of business development and deal closure
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and candidate management skills
Grit, accountability, and a results-driven mindset required
