This role will involve defining and documenting critical business terms, designing training curriculum for a new data governance platform, and documenting governance workflows.

Responsibilities
Define and document critical business terms and metadata within a new data governance platform to support a shared understanding across teams
Design and pilot the initial training curriculum to drive user adoption of the new data governance platform across a pilot business unit
Document end-to-end processes for select governance workflows, such as requesting new data sources or remediating data quality issues
Qualification
Required
Must be a present college sophomore or junior (rising junior or rising senior during the Summer 2026 program period) returning to an undergraduate program following the summer to be eligible
Target Major(s) or Fields of Study: Management Information Systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Word
Basic understanding of database concepts or data structures
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred
Exposure to data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Informatica)
Familiarity with Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) or flowcharting techniques
Basic knowledge of SQL
Experience creating training materials or delivering presentations
