American Products, Inc. manufactures architectural metal products and is seeking an experienced accounting professional to join their team as an Accounting Manager / Bookkeeper. The role involves hands-on work in various accounting areas, operations, and HR, including payroll, purchasing, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

Extensive amount of professional accounting/finance experience

Ability to meet tight deadlines

Willingness to be very hands on daily in all aspects of accounting and general operations

Comfortable in a small team environment

Advanced computer skills and strong proficiency in Excel is an absolute must, as well strong overall computer skills

Prior experience in Manufacturing and/or Construction strongly preferred, but not required

Experience with general payroll / general hr a plus
