Customer Service and Sales Representative
407 Solutions is expanding into Houston, TX, and they are hiring a Customer Service and Sales Representative to support their growing portfolio of in-person promotional and event-based sales campaigns. This role involves working directly with customers at retail locations and live promotional events, representing clients, explaining products, and generating sales on-site.

Responsibilities
Represent client brands professionally in public-facing environments
Clearly explain products and services to customers and answer questions in real time
Interact face-to-face with customers at promotional events and retail campaign sites
Actively take part in sales conversations, guiding customers through the decision-making process
Generate sales during live campaigns while maintaining a high standard of customer service
Track daily customer interactions and sales performance with the support of your team leader
Assist with event setup and breakdown when required
Qualification
Required
Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers in person
Comfortable working in a sales-focused, customer-facing role
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude
Ability to work in fast-paced retail or event environments
Willingness to learn and grow as part of an expanding Houston team
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is an advantage, but not required
