Drive technical recruitment at one of the fastest growing wealth management firms
Lead the technical recruitment
Build out processes, structure and long term hiring strategy for the firm
Partner with business leaders to understand mandates and then bring this to life
Qualification
Required
Experience in technical recruitment within financial services
Ability to build out processes, structure, and long-term hiring strategy
Experience partnering with business leaders to understand hiring mandates
Experience in recruiting across technology sectors including Data, Cyber, Systems, and Support
Ability to provide white glove service in recruitment
Willingness to work onsite 4 days a week
Preferred
Experience from either agency or internal recruitment
