Pharmacy Technician Inventory Specialist - FuzeRx

Responsibilities
Manage inventory and filing systems to ensure accurate tracking of stock and supplies
Perform complete inventory counts as needed, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain inventory accuracy
Assist with receiving inventory shipments and verify contents against purchase orders
Assess and optimize the flow of supplies through partner suppliers to improve inventory efficiency
Ensure all inventory-related documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date
Identify, analyze, and address gaps in inventory processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
Deliver reports to management highlighting opportunities for inventory process improvements
Partner with Supply Chain Management and other internal teams to implement best practices and process enhancements
Qualification
Required
2–4+ years of inventory management experience
Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in your state of residence
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
Customer service experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in word processing, database, and spreadsheet software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and collaboration abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively as part of a team
