Insight Global is seeking a Staff Engineer to manage and support IT infrastructure and applications. In this role, you will lead development efforts, design intelligent solutions using Generative and Agentic AI, and ensure compliance with IT standards.

Responsibilities

Independently manage projects from concept to completion
Develop AI-driven solutions using Generative AI (e.g., LLMs) and Agentic frameworks
Implement reliable engineering practices and recovery procedures
Design performance metrics and reference architectures for applications
Ensure adherence to IT policies, controls, and industry standards

Qualification

Required

5+ years of experience in IT App Support or Development
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Co-Pilot Studio
Strong understanding of regulatory/legal compliance and industry standards
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects
Experience with Azure DevOps and pipeline development
Ability to align projects with organizational goals, lead teams, resolve conflicts, and mitigate risks
Proficiency in governance patterns (intake, technical reviews, architectural compliance)

Preferred

Advanced knowledge of Intelligent Automation (RPA, workflows)
Advanced knowledge of Generative AI (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.) and Agentic AI
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of UiPath Cloud technologies
Experience in Financial Services or Banking
