Facilities Manager

Responsibilities
Oversee the maintenance and operation of facilities, ensuring they are safe, secure, and efficiently functioning
Coordinate repairs and renovations
Supervise cleaning and maintenance staff
Manage vendor relationships
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
Effectively handle facility budgets and records
Create a productive and safe environment for all staff and visitors
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in facilities maintenance, inspections, and operations management
Experience in vendor management, procurement, and overseeing building repairs and renovations
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance
Proficiency in budget management, record-keeping, and scheduling
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with relevant software tools and systems
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Experience with non-profit organizations or community services is a plus
