Drive the land acquisition strategy, sourcing and evaluating properties for development
Build and maintain strong relationships with national builders and developer networks
Conduct feasibility studies, due diligence, and market research to identify opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project planning, approvals, and execution
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in land acquisition, development, or real estate investment
Strong network of connections with national homebuilders
Ability to negotiate deals and manage transactions from start to finish
Self-starter with excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills
